WEST: If you are coming from the west make a right at the light.
Continue on Patchogue Holbrook Road
Make a right on Furrows Road
Pass one light and at the all way stop signs
Make a left onto Grundy Ave.
The Church is approx. 1/2 mile down on the right hand side.

OR

Take Sunrise Highway to
Broadway Avenue North (SunVet Mall on corner)
Go about 3 miles &
Make a left onto Terry Boulevard
At flashing light (Grundy Ave) make a right
Good Shepherd Church is about 1/2 mile on the left hand side.
