Last year our 2016 Chinese Auction was the most successful ever - and this year we want to do even better! We can't do it without your help - all the wonderful volunteers who help out with mailings, crafts, solicitations, donations, time, and talents.
Our Twenty-first Annual Chinese Auction (Gifts & Certificates Auction) is planned for
November 17 at 6:00 PM.
Ticket drawing will begin at 8:00.
We are in need of help in requesting donations for this event. If you work for or own a business that may donate to our auction or you feel you have some time to visit merchants, you can pick up a letter soliciting the donation at the front desk during the week or before Mass. Please help solicit if you can. We are very low on helpers to get donations this year.
If you or your religion class/ministry/group/small church would like to put together a basket, that would be greatly appreciated.
We are also looking for help setting up the Auction from 9:30AM-3PM on the day of November 17th. Come lend a hand and meet more nice people like yourself!
Because of space limitations and keeping with the reputation for quality gifts our Auction enjoys, we only accept N E W merchandise.
Call Ann Hernandez 698-2251 email@example.com SUBJECT: CHINESE AUCTION for further information.
THE PREVIEW FOR THE AUCTION WILL BE NOVEMBER 11 & 12. At That Time You Will Be Able to Buy Raffle Tickets and Seasonal Crafts.
